"Couldn’t get comfortable with the docs"
I tried to look through the paperwork before placing an order, my first reaction was that it just wasn’t clear enough. The certification and document details didn’t really answer what I needed, and a few things felt hard to verify. Maybe everything is totally fine, but I made a quick call that I didn’t feel confident buying, so I passed.

"Actually Got What I Ordered"
My order showed up with the right bottles and nothing missing, which apparently feels like a small miracle these days. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but hey, at least they didn’t send me random stuff I never asked for. Overall, I’m happy enough.

"Didn’t really feel pure to me"
I bought the oil it sorta didn’t smell or feel as pure as I was expecting. Maybe I just got a bad batch, I’m not sure, but I didn’t feel comfortable enough to keep using it. For the price, I was disappointed

"Wish They Were More Clear About Sourcing"
I was interested at first, but I couldn’t find much solid info about where they source their stuff or what they actually do for sustainability. There are a lot of nice-sounding promises, but they feel vague and don’t really tell me anything concrete. It made me hesitant to buy because I don’t feel like I can fully trust them.

"A bit pricey for me"
The products look nice enough, and I’m sure they’re good quality, but the prices felt a little high for what I was looking for. Once shipping was added, it just didn’t feel like much of a deal. I did end up finding similar oils for less somewhere else, so I’m not sure I’d order again unless the prices come down a bit. That said, I don’t want to make it sound bad or anything, it seems like a decent shop, just not the best fit for my budget right now...

"Am I the only one whose bottle leaked in the box?"
Am I the only one this happened to? The packaging didn’t seem great, and my bottle arrived leaking all over the inside of the box. Frustrating to open it up and find a mess.

"Good for bulk orders, just a small shipping hiccup"
I ordered a bulk set of oils and most of them arrived in good shape, packed well. Shipping did take a little longer than expected, which felt preventable, but customer support got back to me quickly and was helpful. Overall, I’d order again for a bulk purchase

I was hoping there would be more to pick from, but the selection felt limited. A few items I was looking for were either missing or out of stock. The site is fine overall, I just wish they had a bit more variety

"Nice help, but a bit slow"
The customer service team was friendly and did answer my questions, which I appreciated. It just took longer than I was hoping, which was a little frustrating, honestly. Still, they were polite the whole time and I did get the help I needed in the end, so overall it was a decent experience.

"Return process was a headache, right?"
I returned my order and expected the refund to show up by now, but it still hasn’t come through. Has anyone else had this happen? The whole return process has been way more frustrating than I thought it would be

"Checkout took way longer than it should have"
I was just trying to place my order and everything seemed fine at first. Then the payment page started lagging, and I had to retry twice. i went from “no big deal” to “are you kidding me?” fast.

"Second batch seemed different"
I ordered the same oil twice, but the second batch smelled and felt a bit different from the first one. It wasn’t necessarily bad, but it did make me wonder if that’s normal? I use it for my mixes, so I’d just like to feel more confident that each batch will be consistent.

"Pretty good oils, just a little hit or miss"
I’ve ordered a few oils from Nature in Bottle, most of them have been decent. A couple smelled really fresh and natural, and they worked just fine in my soaps.
That said, one or two bottles were kinda weaker than I expected. Like, the scent was there, but it didn’t really stick around as much as I’d hoped. Not bad exactly, just not super consistent every time.
The packaging was fine though, and nothing leaked, so that was a plus. I’d probably order again, but yeah, I’d say it’s good overall, just not amazing

"Easy to use, though a little slow at times"
I had a smooth experience using the site. It was easy to find my way around, the categories were clear, and the product pages had the details I needed. Checkout was simple too, which I think most customers would really appreciate. The only thing I noticed was that a few pages loaded a bit slowly, especially on my phone. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I can see how it might be a little frustrating for others. Overall, I’d say it’s a good site and easy enough to shop on.

"Ridiculously slow replies"
The slow replies were ridiculous. I had to follow up more than once just to get a response, and it made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

"Shipping felt weirdly slow"
The order itself was fine, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. What made it worse was how unclear the updates were, so I kept checking the tracking myself and started wondering if something was being dragged out or if my package had just been forgotten.
The product did arrive in good condition, so I’ll give them that. But the delivery time was frustrating enough that it made me second-guess ordering from them again unless they get better about shipping and updates.
